Sales and Buying concept of goods is very clear in Islamic Market. Give and take matters are very delicate, but in Islam business rules are very clear. Here is no ambiguity in Islamic market.
What the product and services businessman wants to sell, about it everything should tel to the customers ( merits and demerits ). Businessman should not hide anything from customers. Its a golden business rule of Islamic marketing. In this way businessman and customer can not conflict to each others. Customers have right to give back his buying goods to the businessman under some conditions. In the light of this golden rule, both of them ( businessman & customer ) can get equal benefits from Islamic marketing.
